Je zult niet alleen lokale beurzen ondersteunen, maar ook internationale beurzen bijwonen waar je onze stands zult installeren. Dit betekent dat je de wereld rondreist, van Vancouver tot Bangkok, terwijl je waardevolle ervaring opdoet in standbouw.
En het wordt nog beter! Ons kantoor is gevestigd in de buurt van het bruisende Maastricht, waardoor je niet alleen kunt genieten van een opwindende stage, maar ook van het levendige studentenleven in deze prachtige stad.

Job requirements:
As the Workshop Manager, you are the driving force behind our production department. You lead a team of skilled employees and are responsible for the efficient and precise manufacturing of stand components. You oversee the quality of work, set priorities, and ensure optimal planning.
You work closely with foremen and other team members to ensure that all projects run smoothly. Additionally, you are responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the workshop, including the management of tools and materials.
As the final authority in the workshop, you are the point of contact for both the team and management. You report on progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes.
Position requirements:
- Extensive experience in stand construction, preferably with leadership experience;
- Excellent technical insight and familiarity with stand construction materials;
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team;
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and quality;
- Good communication skills and problem-solving ability;
- Flexibility and willingness to participate hands-on in production processes;
