Job requirements:

As a Foreman Stand Builder, you are the linchpin in our team of stand builders. You lead and coordinate daily activities, where you are responsible for directing and motivating the team. You ensure an efficient distribution of tasks and monitor the progress of projects.

You play a crucial role in the realization of stands, not only maintaining an overview but also actively participating in the construction. With your technical expertise and experience, you contribute to the quality and accuracy of the work.

As the person ultimately responsible for projects, you ensure a flawless execution, where deadlines and quality standards are met. You are the point of contact for both the internal team and external stakeholders, and you report directly to the management.

Position requirements:

• Extensive experience as a stand builder, preferably in a leadership role;
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to motivate a team;
• Technical insight and familiarity with stand building materials and techniques;
• Resilience and the ability to communicate effectively;
• Multilingual (English/German) is a plus;
• Willingness to stay abroad;
• No 9-5 mentality;
